Refund policy

At Colors, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective item, we are happy to assist you with a refund or exchange.

To initiate a dispute, please send clear pictures and videos of the defective item via WhatsApp at +92 313 8355531 or email us at  "customer_care@colorsoutlet.com"  within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our customer care team will carefully review your case and get in touch if your request is genuine and eligible for a return. Each case is handled individually to ensure a fair resolution for both parties.


If your complaint is valid, we may offer one of the following:

  • Full refund for the defective item(s)

  • Exchange of the item(s)

  • Store credit of equal value (valid for a limited time)


Important Notes:

  • Approved refunds will only cover the price of the item(s), not the shipping cost.

  • We are only responsible once the item is received at our return address.

  • The refund process may take 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.


Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, tampered with, or care instructions have been violated.

  • The complaint is not registered via WhatsApp first.

  • The order is not returned to the correct return address provided by our team.


Exchange Policy:

Upon reviewing your complaint, we may offer an exchange or store credit of equal value. Store credit will be valid for a limited time and can be used toward any item from our collection.
